Archvia is contracted by the agency to provide project management services that include the development of the program of requirements, architectural and engineering design review, coordination with tenant agency stakeholders, and coordination of specialty systems (telecommunications, audiovisual and security). Services also include occupancy agreement review, coordinating occupancy requirements with the design development of the project, performing routine construction inspections, monitoring furniture installation and tenant relocations.
